Time out
My favourite part of the day at the moment, is those ten minutes I spend cross-legged on the hearth, lighting the fire, feeding the tiny flames kindling until they're big enough to consume logs. It's peaceful and the fire dances.

My central heating might keep me warm, but not as nice as a real log fire. I'm now officially jealous :-)

and I do not have central heating...and no water toilet...
:), Ellie. It's nice to have and cos we aren't on te mains for gas but use big bottles, it's great for when we've run out and have to wait for a delivery.
